Hi, I’m Samantha. I am here to help guide you through your fitness journey, whatever stage you may be at and to empower women not to be afraid to lift heavy weights.
Developing personalized strength training work outs tailored to your body and goals. Helping you understand nutrition and the role it can play into achieving your goals.
I am a mom of a toddler born in the summer of 2022. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Pre/Postnatal, nutrition coach, and various other certifications. I am also a yoga instructor, completing my 200 hour training in March of 2021. I have been coaching people and teaching yoga since 2021.

Services
1 on 1 Online Personal Training
Together we will discuss your goals and I will develop a work out plan for you based on those goals and the equipment you have available to you. Weekly check ins to see how you are doing, answering any and all questions about certain exercises. Video calls to check on proper form in exercises.
Custom Strength Training Plans
There are many work out plans you can find on the internet for free or for a small fee. However, the plan I develop for you will be for your body and goals in mind. You can get a bit of the personal training feel at a smaller price.
1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching
Learn how to track macros, ways to ensure you hit your daily protein target, and much more. This is not a meal plan, that work is for a registered dietitian. With nutrition coaching I can teach you nutrition basics, how to track your food and how to make healthier choices.
Yoga Classes
If you are local to the Palmer, Alaska area, I do teach yoga at two different locations. Currently working on online classes as well for those who aren’t local or just don’t want to leave their house.

How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are conducted online via video call.
What are the work out programs like?
This will vary by individual. Unlike a lot of programs you buy on the internet that are a one size fits all, this will be tailored to your body and goals. A consultation will be required with me so I can understand these things and write you the write program.
What commitment is required?
For online coaching with programming a 3 month commitment is required. If you are just wanting the exercise program itself, the only commitment you have is the consultation which is included.
What results can I expect from personal training?
Feeling stronger. Having someone in your corner to help motivate you. Following the program as it’s laid out you will gain strength and build muscle.
How much does the coaching cost?
Virtual personal training will cost $199 per month. Nutrition coaching is $125 per month. You can select the package on the website to get both for $249 per month. These all come with a 3 month commitment.
What if I have questions about an exercise?
You will have the ability to text/email me. When you purchase the virtual coaching we will have a video call once a week as well if you would like to perform an exercise that you need a form check on and other things like that.
How do I know if the coaching is working?
In our weekly check ins we will get your weight and measurements. With strength training the number on the scale doesn’t always go down so it’s beneficial to have measurements to see your progress along with progress photos.
I’ve never done yoga, can I still take a class?
Absolutely! My classes are designed for all levels of experience. I explain how to get into each pose and where you should feel the stretch in your body. I’m not going to just shout out random pose names to you and hope you get it.
